Specialized Pre K Lead Teacher

KinderCare is seeking a Specialized Pre K Lead Teacher for our Coconut Creek center. In this role, you’ll design and lead engaging, developmentally appropriate Pre-K curriculum that prepares children for kindergarten. You will create a nurturing, inclusive classroom, guide assistant teachers, and closely monitor each child’s growth through observation and assessments. Partner with families through regular communication, ensure a safe and stimulating environment, and collaborate with center leadership to continuously improve program quality and support KinderCare’s mission of enriching early childhood education.
