Job Title: MS/Tele Registered Nurse

Location: Warrensville Heights, OH

Pay Range: 2077.29 - 2181.15

Schedule: 19:00 - 07:30

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Candidate Type: Traveler

Requirements: Minimum of 18 months PERM Med/Surg Telemetry experience; MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND; AHA BLS & ACLS required

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care on Med/Surg Telemetry unit during night shifts.
• Monitor and record patient vitals and responses, reporting any abnormalities.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
