Entry Level Sales Associate
Miles Chevrolet is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Sales Associate to join our team in Decatur, IL. In this role, you will be the face of our dealership, engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find the perfect vehicle. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a rewarding career in automotive sales. Training period salary provided.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and budget
- Provide detailed information about vehicle features, pricing, and financing options
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with team members and management to meet dealership sales goals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current vehicle inventory and promotions
- Handle administrative tasks related to sales transactions and documentation
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- Prior sales or retail experience is a plus but not required
- Valid driver's license
