- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in caregiving or related fields are a plus.
- Experience in a caregiving role preferred, but we welcome candidates new to the field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
- Physical ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, such as lifting or supporting clients.
