Village Caregiving is looking for compassionate, dependable, and caring  Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team and provide personalized, non-medical support to clients in the Bryan , Ohio area .

What You’ll Do

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting clients with daily routines and activities
• Following each client’s individualized care plan
• Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
• Helping maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
• Supporting clients with dignity, respect, and kindness
• Communicating client needs or concerns to the appropriate care team

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking individuals who are reliable, compassionate, patient, and committed to providing quality care.

Qualifications include:

• Experience providing personal care or working with seniors is preferred
• Compassionate and patient approach to caregiving
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a client’s home
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Commitment to treating every client with dignity and respect
