If you're experienced with RF scanning, powered industrial equipment, and inventory control — and you enjoy solving discrepancies — this is the role for you.This position plays a critical role in maintaining inventory integrity and supporting operational efficiency across the facility.This position is responsible for the safe operation of forklift & reach lift trucks, used to move, locate, relocate, stack and count materials and products, components and finished goods inventory, ground and elevated levels in the warehouse, shipping, and production areas. This function serves as both a measure and corrective action maintaining high inventory record accuracy (99%).What You'll DoPerform daily cycle counts using our Warehouse Management System (WMS)Use RF scanners to verify inventory accuracy and resolve discrepanciesInvestigate and locate missing inventory ("search & rescue")Verify Handling Unit (HU) quantities and batch informationRotate and consolidate product to maximize storage efficiencyOperate forklifts, reach lifts, and/or stock pickers as neededComplete daily equipment inspections and maintain safety standardsWork in multi-temperature environments (-10°F to 90°F)Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe, organized warehouseWhy You'll Want to Work HereCompetitive hourly pay at $19.29/hrStable, full-time hoursOpportunity to grow into inventory control, lead, or supervisory rolesTeam-focused environment that values accuracy and accountabilitySafety-driven workplace cultureIf you're dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a warehouse operation that values precision and performance — we'd love to meet you.Apply today and bring your skills to a team that recognizes your impact.Experience operating forklift, reach lift, or stock picker (required)6–12 months experience using RF scanning equipment (preferred)Strong math skills and attention to detailAbility to work in tight spaces on electric or propane equipmentBasic computer and clerical skillsHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferredA safety-first mindset and team-oriented attitudePhysical Requirements:Must be able to work in a fast paced, multi-tasked environment and be available after hours if required.Must be able to work in all storage environments including cold and freezer temperatures.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and walk distances 200 yards or more.Ability to walk or stand for an entire shift (8 to 10 hours).Must be comfortable regularly using forklift, reach lift, and/or stock picker at all tiers which may include significant heights.
