Veterinary Receptionist

Animal Care Center of Carters Creek is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to become the next member of our incredible team. As the face of the hospital, our CSRs greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while multi-tasking between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, excellent at multi-tasking, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment. Schedule: This is a flexible position, with availability needed Monday - Saturday with the Saturday shifts rotating every other weekend. Full-time benefits and compensation**:
Minimum Qualifications and Skill Set
• 1+ year of client service experience
• Previous veterinary hospital experience preferred
• Experience with EzyVet is a plus
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to remain calm, organized, and compassionate in a fast-paced environment

Our hospital offers a full range of services including preventative care, diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, and advanced medical treatments , allowing our team to practice high-quality medicine while continuing to grow their skills and experience. To support this level of care, our facility is equipped with modern veterinary technology including digital X-ray, ultrasound, therapeutic laser therapy, and in-house laboratory equipment (Abaxis / Zoetis) to help provide efficient diagnostics and treatment for our patients. As part of our continued growth and expansion, we are also adding digital dental radiography , allowing our medical team to further enhance the level of dental care we provide. As our practice continues to grow, we are excited to welcome team members who are passionate about animal care, motivated to learn, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented veterinary environment .
