HVAC Maintenance Technician

Job Description This technician will support the facilities and mechanical systems for UL Solutions’ Northbrook campus, which includes lab environments requiring precise temperature and humidity control. The role is hands-on and mechanical in nature, focused heavily on cooling systems, chilled water equipment, and preventative maintenance. The technician will troubleshoot and maintain HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, pumps, motors, air handlers, compressors, and pressure valves. This role requires independence, strong troubleshooting ability, and comfort working with specialized systems that differ from standard residential HVAC.
