We are a rapidly growing 1:1 Pediatric Home Health Company dedicated to providing quality in-home healthcare services to Pediatric and Young Adults through compassionate and trained staff.
HIRING LPNs and RN's
Job description
Provides 1:1 individualized care to pediatric patients in their home or school setting.
Utilizes care plan to implement and evaluate the effectiveness of patient care.
Performs a focused head-to-toe assessment based on the patient's disease processes and diagnoses.
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient?s condition.
