Overview Pharmacy Technician - Full Time Floater VytlOne has an EXCITING, opening for an experienced, full-time, customer focused Floater Pharmacy Technician. This is a great opportunity to work within several of the VytlOne's network of clinic based, in-house pharmacies located in the greater NYC area. This full time position offers a highly competitive hourly rate of pay, a generous healthcare benefits plan participation, PTO and 401 (K) Plan with company match. This role will travel between our Bronx, Far Rockaway, and Queens locations. Travel to Brooklyn and Manhattan a plus. Estimated Salary Range: $26-30/ hr depending on experience. Responsibilities: Greet customers and take prescription orders Convey empathy and understanding when handling customer service issues. Operate the cash register by ringing up sales for customers Assist in keeping the pharmacy clean and the shelves stocked Answer the phone Input customer information into the computer system Qualifications Qualifications: HS Diploma/GED required Flexible to cover shifts between 8am-9pm and willing to float between pharmacises in the greater NYC rea Current PTCB Certification or the ability to obtain one within 6 monthsof employment (VytlOne will assist) 2+ years retail pharmacy experience; experience in HIV/AIDS clinical setting preferred. Computer experience mandatory Proven track record of exemplary customer service Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, to interact with a wide variety of individuals to successfully provide optimal patient care Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual Spanish speaking skills preferred Ability to operate various pharmacy software programs/equipment proficiently WHY VytlOne?
