Senior HR Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will serve as a crucial advisor to executive management on all HR-related matters, driving organizational development and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. This role requires a proactive and solutions-oriented professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. Key Responsibilities Serve as a strategic advisor to executive management on all HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Administer and manage employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Lead the open enrollment process, including the communication and education of benefits information to employees. Ensure the organization's compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations, staying abreast of legislative changes. Develop, update, and enforce HR policies to maintain compliance and consistency across the organization. Partner with senior leadership to identify staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Oversee and resolve complex employee inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective solutions. Conduct and oversee investigations into employee relations issues, recommending and implementing appropriate actions. Drive the performance appraisal process, providing strategic guidance and support to managers and employees. Design and implement performance improvement plans to enhance employee productivity and organizational effectiveness. Identify organizational training needs and collaborate with department heads to develop and implement effective training and development programs. Facilitate and lead training sessions on various HR-related topics, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development. Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including strategic sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. 10 - 15 years of progressive HR experience. Strong expertise in employment laws and regulations. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Proven track record in strategic talent acquisition and complex employee relations management. SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification highly desirable.
