Remote Florida Market Medical Director — Lead High‑Risk Care

Duo Health

Duo Health in Florida seeks a Market Medical Director to lead the market clinical team, partner with the Market President, and oversee patient care for high‑risk patients across home, facilities and clinics.

You will drive KPI performance, educate APPs (NPs/PAs/MDs), manage physician partnerships with health plans, and shape population health initiatives, all while keeping patients safe at home.
