PM Restaurant Supervisor - Uno Pizzeria Worcester

Join the dynamic team at Uno Pizzeria in downtown Worcester as a Restaurant Supervisor, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences and ensuring smooth restaurant operations. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused leader who is passionate about hospitality and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness

- Supervise and support front-of-house staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management

- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally

- Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining proper stock levels

- Enforce health and safety regulations and company policies

- Collaborate with management to implement promotional activities and improve operational efficiency

- Monitor sales and financial performance, contributing to achieving revenue targets

- Take on server or bartender shifts when needed

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in restaurant supervision or management, preferably in a pizzeria or casual dining setting

- Strong leadership and team-building skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or management training is a plus

- Bartender experience

- ServeSafe certified
