Shift Leader

Shift Leader – Bruegger’s Bagels We are looking for a Shift Leader to collaborate directly with the General Manager to help motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. Shift Leaders will take charge, set the morale and tone of the team, provide feedback and coach team members when needed, open and close the store with little to no supervision, ensure the quality of the food and beverages we serve, and maintain a safe and clean store environment. Maintain a safe and clean store environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 18 years of age or older. Ability to work varied hours and days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends. Pass a background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law. Possess or be able to acquire a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training. Possession of a current, valid, state‑issued driver’s license (preferred; required at specific locations). Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
