Civil Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Development Project Manager to join a growing multidisciplinary engineering consulting firm. This position offers the opportunity to lead a variety of private and municipal land development projects from concept through construction.

Responsibilities

Manage site development projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
Lead site layout, grading, drainage, utility, erosion control, and stormwater design efforts.
Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, construction documents, and cost estimates.
Coordinate with clients, municipalities, regulatory agencies, and internal project teams.
Oversee project schedules, budgets, permitting, and approvals.
Conduct site visits and participate in client and public meetings.
Mentor junior engineers and review technical deliverables.
Serve as the primary client contact throughout project execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain.
8–15 years of site development experience in a consulting environment.
Strong knowledge of land development, grading, stormwater systems, utilities, roadways, and parking design.
Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering projects.
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D; hydrology and hydraulic modeling experience preferred.
