LOCATION DETAILS: Onsite Monday through Friday- 108 Stanbury Industrial Drive, Brookfield, MO 64628

WORK HOURS: Non-Exempt

COMPENSATION: $18.00 per hour with overtime eligibility

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Account Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of customer orders.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Manage all aspects of customer orders
• Respond to inquiries from the Sales Team or other internal parties to aid in order fulfillment.
• Communicate and collaborate with other team members and departments to best serve the customer
• Understand order processing systems and delivery channels
• Serve as liaison for traveling sales representatives
• Maintain customer relations by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
• Demonstrate a desire for team success by keeping an eye open for process improvement.
• Be prepared to assist on special projects with other departments as needed.
• Continued cross training and education within our own department as well as other departments within the company.

QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Prior experience demonstrating success in a Customer Service oriented position.
• A strong attention to detail
• The ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A strong work ethic, professionalism, reliability and a positive disposition
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Smart Sheets - working knowledge or willingness to learn
• SalesForce - working knowledge or willingness to learn

Education, Certification and Experience

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience in field sales and/or sales leadership in high school music/performing arts.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job operates in 100% in-office environment at our Brookfield, MO location. Work Schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00 am -4:30 pm Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing at a desk and walking, lifting, bending, kneeling may occur.
