Edgemere in Dallas, TX seeks an experienced Wound Care Nurse (RN) to supervise and provide primary skin care under medical direction. The role emphasizes wound treatment, therapy, and patient-focused care in a skilled nursing setting. You will assess wounds, implement care plans, educate residents and families, and collaborate with physicians and therapists to optimize outcomes.
