Server (Per Diem) Pay Rate: $18.00/hr Arc Broward is a nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming the lives of people with developmental disabilities and other life challenges. Join our team and make a difference by helping people with developmental disabilities and their families. About the Role Assist with the setup and breakdown of banquets. Demonstrate superior customer service. Show energy and passion for excellence, humanity, and teamwork. Assist in other areas of dining services as needed. May work with students to develop serving skills. Qualifications Catering or banquet service experience is a plus. Must be available for flexible hours, including weekday afternoons, nights, and weekends. Effective oral communication skills necessary to provide courteous, responsive service to employees and guests. Must successfully complete required screening: Level II background check, physical and drug screen. Must be at least 18 years of age. Benefits Employee referral bonuses.
