We're hiring a Leasing Associate that is dedicated, personable, and passionate about helping people find their perfect homes. Schedule: Thursday - Monday, Weekdays: 9 am - 6 pm and Weekends: 10 am - 5 pm Location: Palermo - 7101 Lindsay Ave SE, Auburn WA 98092 What We Require A minimum of two years sales experience, hospitality or property management background preferred. Computer literacy A high school diploma or equivalent Proficiency in preparing Word documents and Excel spreadsheets in addition to property management software is preferable Yardi Voyager software experience is highly desired. Yieldstar Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws What You'll Do Warmly welcome visitors and help match them with their ideal apartments. Clearly explain community policies to prospective residents. Engage with both prospective and current residents throughout the day, ensuring they are informed, supported, and satisfied. Serve as an ambassador for the community by showcasing amenities and promoting a positive living experience. Take pride in helping individuals find their new homes and contributing to a thriving residential community. Demonstrate professionalism and excellence in every interaction.
