Experienced Automotive Service Writer / Service Advisor

Auto Care on 529 is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Writer to join our busy, growing team. We are a high-volume independent repair facility with a strong fleet customer base, so experience managing commercial accounts is essential.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of automotive service writing experience
• RO Writer experience is a plus
• Experience with fleet/commercial accounts
• Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Write repair orders and accurately document customer concerns
• Prepare estimates and recommend needed repairs
• Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process
• Keep retail and fleet customers updated on repair status
• Coordinate approvals, parts, and scheduling
• Manage multiple repair orders while maintaining accuracy
• Deliver outstanding customer service from vehicle drop-off to pickup
