CarleHealth is seeking an additional BE/BC GI Hospitalist to join our Gastroenterology department at Carle Health Methodist Hospital in Peoria, Illinois.

\n
• Inpatient consults and Inpatient procedures for Gastroenterology
\n
\n
• Annual consult volumes: Pekin Hospital-180, Proctor Hospital-228, Methodist Hospital-528
\n
• Annual procedure volumes: Pekin Hospital-80, Proctor Hospital-124, Methodist Hospital-553
\n
\n
• Schedule is 25 weeks (175 shifts) per year, Monday-Sunday, 24-hour coverage, in-house from 7a-7pm; shifts will include holidays as part of the normal schedule rotation
\n
• Full time Advanced Practitioner support for daytime coverage
\n
• 24/7 hospitalist program is responsible for adult and pediatric inpatients
\n
• EPIC EMR
\n
• Triage calls for GI and round on patients at all three hospital campuses
\n
• EUS procedure, plus ERCP
\n
• Participate in biweekly colorectal tumor boards
\n
• Carle Health Methodist Hospital is a 349-bed Level II Trauma Center that has been ranked #23 in the state of Illinois for patient outcomes
\n

\nCompensation and Benefits\n
\n
\nThe compensation range for this position is $800,000 - $805,000. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
