Cultivation Technician I

Responsibilities Physical, repetitive agricultural work, follow directions and take instructions from supervisors Repetitive climbing on a ladder or working on an elevated platform Netting and Trellis flower plants Loading plants and placing emitters Tucking and spreading plants as directed Pruning and defoliating plants Proper Use of PPE in accordance with company guidelines Sweep, mop, vacuum, and bag any excess plant material leaving the grow room clean once plant maintenance is completed Clean, sanitize, and store all grow room tools and equipment upon use Perform various manual cross-department job duties as needed Secondary but essential job functions All other duties as assigned Requirements Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Works well in a team environment Attention to detail Punctual Cultivation experience preferred High School Diploma or equivalent Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV) Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening Core Competencies Demonstrates strong attention to detail and effective communication skills while performing physical agricultural tasks.
