Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and provide service and sales within an existing customer base. This physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position includes delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products. Key Responsibilities Serve as the face of Cintas, building rapport with key decision makers at customer sites. Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns. Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while maintaining professional and safe work practices. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Requirements Qualified candidates must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for operating a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Have an active driver’s license. Be at least 21 years old. Obtain a DOT medical certification. Provide documentation of prior employment. Additional Qualifications Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent military service. Strong customer service orientation. Self‑motivation and teamwork focus to meet goals.
