We will rely on you to be a brand ambassador for Bozarth and for GM, always promoting our products, services, people, and experiences. Because of our great brand name, our large inventory, our high visibility locations, and our commitment to creating lifelong customers, you'll also have the ability to grow at Bozarth Chevrolet.At Bozarth Chevrolet, we hire people who are:Collaborative team playersLearnersEthical and display high trustworthinessProactive problem solversCalm in stressful or high pressure situationsTo qualify specifically for this role, we require candidates to:Have a valid drivers license with a satisfactory motor vehicle recordRegularly handle parts weighing 20 to 50 pounds frequently, and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.Have the flexibility to work a schedule that includes Saturdays and some holidaysBring an approachable, friendly attitude, and superior customer service skills, including the ability to overcome objectivesHave the ability to learn quickly about all makes and models of Chevrolet vehiclesBe self-motivated and organized with a competitive style and sense of urgencyIn addition, we're most interested in candidates who also have:Prior experience with an automotive dealership and/or parts department and have a working knowledge of automotive systems and terminologyDepending on how far candidates proceed in our process, you will be required to pass a background check which includes a drug test.
