What you will be doing?

• Overseeing shift production, quality, safety, and maintenance
• Employee coaching, mentoring, and accountability
• Managing workflow by planning, monitoring, and executing targeted job results
• Managing KPIs and provides production reports to the Production Manager
• Working with production team to develop, plan and execute continuous improvement initiatives
• Encouraging safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel
• Achieving acceptable quality and OTD requirements
• Improving efficiency, productivity and reduce scrap to achieve product cost targets
• Ensuring compliance with company policy and procedures

We're looking for a production supervisor with:

• At least 2-3 years in a Manufacturing Supervisory role preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite ( Excel, Word, PPT, Access)
• Ability to manage a large, diverse group in a busy environment that is fast paced and rapidly changing; Multi-tasking abilities are a must
• Bachelor's degree or some continuous education in Manufacturing or related field preferred
