Responsibilities: Contribute to all phases of complex litigation, from case investigation and discovery through motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal memoranda while taking on increasing levels of responsibility. Assist with preparing for and conducting depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses. Participate in case strategy discussions and trial preparation in collaboration with senior attorneys Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support professionals to move cases forward effectively. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school with a minimum of 3 years of litigation and trial experience. Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar. Experience in civil litigation with a focus on complex cases, spanning at least three years. Ability to draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery responses with precision and clarity. Proven track record of conducting effective depositions of both fact and expert witnesses. Strong written and verbal advocacy skills, demonstrated through high-quality legal memoranda and court submissions. Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a commitment to outstanding client service. Compensation:
$130,000-$155,000 per year
