Now Hiring: Membership Sales Representative

📍 Lafayette, Indiana (2 New Locations!)

We have expanded and opened two new locations in Lafayette, and we’re looking for driven, outgoing Membership Sales Representatives to grow with us.

Pay & Benefits:

$15–$18 per hour + commission
Potential to earn $80,000+ annually
Health, dental, and vision insurance offered after 30 days
Paid training and ongoing support
Growth and advancement opportunities
Yearly retention bonus based on performance and hours worked

Responsibilities:

Promote and sell memberships to new and existing customers
Educate customers on membership benefits and services
Meet or exceed individual sales goals
Provide excellent customer service and follow-up
Maintain accurate sales records and professionalism at all times

Qualifications:

Sales experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and people skills
Motivated, goal-oriented, and reliable
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
