What You’ll Do

• Deliver amazing cuts, color, and styling while keeping the guest experience fun, welcoming, and stress‐free.
• Collaborate with teammates, share ideas, and help create a positive, uplifting salon vibe.
• Stay current with trends, techniques, and social‐driven inspiration.
• Build relationships with guests and teammates—no ego, no drama, just real support.
• Maintain a clean, organized station and follow all safety/sanitation standards.
