Occupational Therapist (OT) - Pediatrics - Fairbanks, AK (New Graduates are welcome)

Sign- on Bonus up to $5,000

Position Type: Full-Time

Schedule

•Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM

•Flexible scheduling available | Telehealth options

Compensation: $40.00-$65.00 per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Fairbanks, Alaska. Pediatric occupational therapy experience is strongly preferred. This position offers flexible scheduling, a supportive team environment, professional growth opportunities, and a family-oriented workplace culture.

Responsibilities

•Conduct patient evaluations and assess occupational therapy needs

•Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals

•Provide occupational therapy services based on patient needs

•Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed

•Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

•Educate patients and families regarding treatment and home strategies

•Collaborate with other members of the care team

•Provide compassionate, patient-centered care

Requirements

•Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

•Current NBCOT certification & Current Alaska OT license

•New graduates are welcome as well

•Experience treating both pediatric and adult populations
