Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time Location: Premier at Perry Village – New Bloomfield, PA Schedule: Full-Time Premier at Perry Village, our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in New Bloomfield, PA, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehab team. In this rewarding role, you’ll help residents regain independence and improve their ability to perform everyday tasks—making a meaningful impact through hands‑on, patient-centered care.
