About the Opportunity: We are currently seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team in Malden, MA. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical troubleshooting skills, experience working in a manufacturing or industrial setting, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This position is essential to ensuring the electrical infrastructure of our facility operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in accordance with local and national electrical codes. Troubleshoot electrical problems in a variety of systems including machinery, lighting, controls, and power distribution. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems and components. Interpret and work from electrical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals. Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with OSHA, NEC, and company safety standards. Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to support continuous improvement projects and equipment upgrades. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Assist with emergency repairs and respond to after-hours maintenance needs when required. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Valid Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician License. Minimum 3 years of experience as an electrician in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future. Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations. Preferred Qualifications Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and OSHA regulations. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and electrical schematics. Proficiency using tools and equipment required for electrical installation and repair. Experience working with CNC machinery, PLCs, and automated systems. Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
