Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide exceptional nursing care to patients, ensuring their well-being and comfort throughout treatment. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and administering treatments with a focus on delivering high-quality healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed protocols.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Educate patients and their families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and health management.
Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.

Additional Information

The Registered Nurse (RN) will be expected to adapt to a dynamic healthcare environment and provide compassionate care to diverse patient populations. This position may involve rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, to ensure continuous patient care.
