About the Role:
Malechas Auto Body LLC in Faribault, MN is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team! This is a great opportunity to showcase your passion for vehicles and take pride in delivering showroom-quality results every single day.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough interior and exterior vehicle detailing on customer and shop vehicles
- Wash, clay bar, polish, and wax vehicle exteriors to restore and protect paint surfaces
- Deep clean vehicle interiors including vacuuming, shampooing carpets and upholstery, and conditioning surfaces
- Apply paint sealants, ceramic coatings, and protective treatments as needed
- Inspect vehicles for detailing needs and communicate findings to team leads
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detail bay and equipment
- Install Window tint and paint protection film
Requirements:
- Previous automotive detailing
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard for quality workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment
- Knowledge of detailing products, tools, and techniques
- Window tint experience, willing to train on clear film
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Ability to stand, bend, and work physically throughout the shift
