Develop and maintain relationships with owners, developers, architects, engineers, connectors, etc. Generate qualified leads and feed opportunity pipeline. Track market trends, upcoming developments, and competitor activity. Coordinate client outreach efforts including meetings, presentations, and networking events. Assist in developing strategic growth plans, quarterly/yearly business development Rocks, and budgets. Maintain CRM systems and track business development activities and outcomes. Client Relationship Management Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients. Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat business opportunities. Participate in client satisfaction measurement and tracking. Represent Koester at industry events, association meetings, and networking events. Proposal & Preconstruction Support Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to develop proposals, qualifications, and presentations. Assist in preparing RFQs, RFPs, interview materials, and marketing collateral. Participate in project interviews and client presentations. Position the company competitively for future opportunities.
