Job Overview We’re looking for a highly skilled Mandarin Chinese voice acting professional who can bring nuance, clarity, and authenticity to training data for AI voice models. The role includes recording scripted material, assessing AI‑generated outputs, annotating errors, and collaborating to refine prompts and guidelines. Responsibilities Record high‑quality Mandarin Chinese speech samples using a reliable microphone and quiet environment. Evaluate AI‑generated speech for linguistic accuracy, naturalness, and expressive delivery. Annotate and report errors in pronunciation, tone, pacing, and emotional expression. Collaborate with the team to refine prompts, evaluation methods, and voice design guidelines. Qualifications Fluency in Mandarin Chinese. Demonstrated experience in professional voice acting, dubbing, narration, or related performance work. Experience with training, coaching, or linguistic annotation is a plus. Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. Access to a high‑quality recording setup and stable internet connection. Compensation and Employment Contract position; pay range of $6 to $65 per hour, based on experience, expertise, and geographic location.
