Department Manager

We are hiring a Department Manager. Responsibilities Managing Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management systems; setting goals; delegating tasks to teams; following up and reporting results. Kitchen Department Managers ensure the delivery of high quality food quickly, maintain safety, control food cost, keep the kitchen clean, and train staff in production procedures including new menu items. People Department Managers hire qualified crew, train them, schedule to meet sales and profit goals, and engage employees through motivation and recognition. Service Department Managers ensure Crew and Managers deliver a memorable customer service experience, execute sales promotions, train service procedures, and keep the Front counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru areas organized for optimal service. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our franchise owned restaurants.
