What You'll Do- Welcome guests with a positive attitude and genuine hospitality
- Guide guests through the menu and make recommendations
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver food and drinks promptly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining room
- Work closely with teammates to ensure excellent service
- Handle guest concerns professionally and quickly
- Complete opening, running, and closing side work
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Help create an environment where guests feel valued and cared for
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Dependable and punctual
- Team-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
