Medication Technician – Make a Difference Every Day

What You'll Do

• Administer medications accurately and on time according to physician orders, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate medication records, MARs, and resident documentation.
• Communicate with pharmacies, physicians, nurses, and families regarding resident care and medication needs.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns.
• Assist residents with daily living activities such as dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, meals, and mobility.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents through conversation, activities, and daily interactions.
• Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment.
• Support dining, activities, housekeeping, and other community needs as necessary.
• Uphold resident dignity, choice, privacy, and rights at all times.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• CNA or applicable caregiving/medication experience preferred.
• Ability to complete required Medication Technician training.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Food Handler certification.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Genuine passion for working with seniors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to meet applicable state health and regulatory requirements.

Pre-employment screening may include a background check, TB screening, physical examination, and drug screening, as applicable.
