A company is looking for a Loan Processor III to manage the processing and pre-underwriting of mortgage loans. Key Responsibilities Process and pre-underwrite various types of mortgage loans ensuring compliance with standards Monitor the loan processing cycle and communicate issues that may delay closing Review documentation for completeness and compliance, preparing files for underwriting approval Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; college courses in Business, Finance/Accounting, or related fields preferred Five or more years of experience as a Loan Processor, with specific experience in conventional and FHA loans Expert knowledge of mortgage lending processes and federal/state regulations Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners Experience with complex documentation related to consumer mortgage applications
