Schedule: Full-Time | Wednesday – Saturday (4-Day Work Week)

8pm-6am, $11.07 per hour

Position Overview: Tactical Security Meets Youth Support Are you looking for a vital security role where your vigilance directly impacts your community? As Overnight Security, you are the primary shield and nocturnal anchor of the Davis Stuart Lewisburg Campus.

This role blends active campus physical security, perimeter surveillance, and asset protection with critical overnight relief support for our facility teams. You will monitor the grounds, secure buildings, and provide a stable, safe environment for residents and staff alike.

No prior law enforcement or private security experience required! We provide 100% fully paid training from day one. We value dependability, situational awareness, and a calm, commanding demeanor.

Essential Security & Support Duties

• Execute Campus Surveillance: Conduct scheduled, high-vigilance physical security patrols of all campus grounds, perimeters, and buildings to deter risks and ensure total facility lockdown.
• De-escalate & Support: Serve as the tactical backup and first-line support for Treatment Associates during crisis situations or high-stress incidents.
• Provide Relief Coverage: Act as a reliable asset protection resource, offering flexible relief coverage for facility staff as needed throughout the shift.
• Model Controlled Demeanor: Demonstrate absolute self-control, emotional maturity, and appropriate professional behavior for our residents at all times.
• Log Incident Documentation: Maintain precise overnight security logs, incident reports, and required regulatory compliance documentation accurately and on time.

What We Look For (Qualifications & Competencies)

• Core Strengths: Sharp situational awareness, clear communication under pressure, objective conflict resolution, and the ability to use logic over emotion in volatile situations.

• Education: High school diploma or GED

• Tech & Logistical Skills: Ability to utilize basic database software, spreadsheet tracking, and word processing programs alongside foundational math skills.

• Background Clearances: Must successfully pass a comprehensive WVCARES background check, including CPS/APS clearances.

• Credentials: Valid driver's license is mandatory. (CPR/First Aid certification is provided during paid training).

• Cultural Competence: A high level of respect and sensitivity for our residents and team members.
