We are seeking an attorney to join our business/real estate division of our team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, capable of working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment and is eager to take ownership of matters from intake through resolution. Interested candidates should have strong interpersonal skills and demonstrate a strong commitment to professional and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Applicants should have 3-5+ years of Business and/or Commercial and/or Residential Real Estate experience and be

• Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.

• Manage an assigned caseload from inception of matters to conclusion.

• Maintain relationships with institutional clients

• Interface with lenders and referral sources.

• Collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants.

• Preparation of business and real estate documents

• Provide excellent client communication and maintain regular case updates.
