Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Agent to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the best insurance policies to meet their needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for negotiation, and a commitment to upholding industry standards, including HIPAA compliance.
Job Requirements
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Analyze client information and recommend appropriate insurance products
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy options and coverage details.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies on behalf of clients
• Conduce market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings
• Assist in sales administration tasks including documentation and policy management
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

7 Agents - $196k - $100k: Avg Income $153.57k
This is a Independent Agent, 1099 opportunity. This position is based out of our client's Hendersonville, NC office. They will not consider remote candidates.
