Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

$37.00–$41.00/hour

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to support the rehab team in a skilled nursing facility. This role focuses on helping residents improve mobility, safety, and overall function.

What You'll Do:

• Carry out treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist
• Provide hands-on interventions to support strength, balance, and mobility
• Observe resident performance and report updates to the supervising therapist
• Assist with functional activities and mobility training
• Complete accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license required
• Team-oriented with a patient-focused approach
