The Mark Krueger State Farm Agency is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our friendly team in Lake in the Hills, IL.  As the main point of contact for our valued clients, you'll play a vital role in building lasting relationships and ensuring their insurance needs are met with efficiency and care.

A day in the life of our Customer Service Representative:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to emails from clients regarding their insurance policies, coverage, and general inquiries.
• Process policy changes, updates, renewals, and cancellations with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist clients with billing questions and payment processing.
• Serve as a resource for clients during the claims process, helping to facilitate a smooth experience.
• Provide quotes and educate existing clients about additional policy options that may fit their needs.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all customer interactions in our agency management system. Experience with Salesforce is a plus!

• Prior experience in customer service is required; experience with a State Farm Agent is preferred.
• Existing producers’ license required.
