Physical Therapist

Role: Physical Therapist responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing individualized treatment programs for patients, ensuring safe and effective care across various settings. Key Responsibilities Assess patients through records, interviews, and observations. Design and review personalized treatment plans, instruct patients and caregivers on exercises and home programs. Utilize appropriate activities to promote health and achieve treatment goals, adjusting strategies as needed. Provide direct therapy services aligned with patients' physical, emotional, and intellectual needs. Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and reports accurately. Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and team members, participating in care conferences. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including supervising assistants and students. Maintain knowledge of equipment use and safety standards. Engage in professional growth through education and workshops. Qualifications Active state license as a Physical Therapist. Strong communication skills, visual acuity, and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Commitment to confidentiality, safety regulations, and organizational values.
