Experienced claims adjusters will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Senior Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster, responsible for managing a complex caseload, collaborating with staff to support injured worker recovery, and ensuring ethical claims handling. Key responsibilities Handle a caseload of complex workers' compensation claims, primarily from Washington and potentially other jurisdictions Collaborate with trained staff and utilize technology to facilitate prompt and fair recovery for injured workers Serve on the Workers' Compensation Team with compassion and humility to positively impact recovery outcomes and the company's financial success Required qualifications Active Washington Adjuster's License 7+ years of prior claims adjusting experience, specifically with Washington workers' compensation claims High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2-year degree or higher preferred Eligibility for reserve/payment authority level of $50,000+ when appropriate Claims adjusting experience with Oregon workers' compensation claims preferred
