In this role, you'll be at the heart of our leasing operations-leading property tours, responding to inquiries, guiding prospects through the leasing process, and supporting current residents. You'll also assist with resident lease renewal tracking, day-to-day operations such as rent collection, and tracking renter's insurance policy & pet policy compliance. Key Responsibilities

- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, positive, and adaptable attitude
- Leasing or property management experience is a plus- Yardi/CRM experience preferred, but we'll train the right person!
- Saturday availability required - 10 am to 1 pm
- Flexibility to cover additional shifts as needed for vacation or absence coverage
- Computer savvy
- Reliable personal transportaton required

- Engage with prospective residents through tours, follow-ups, and personalized communication
- Assist with leasing paperwork, renewals, and rent collection
- Contribute to marketing and social media initiatives, as well as community events
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property features, availability, and local market trends
- Provide exceptional customer service that strengthens resident satisfaction and retention
