Location: Richardson, TX 75080
Pay Rate: $20.00+ per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00PM (Flexible schedule depending on events)
Work Location: On-Site

Position Overview:
We are seeking an outgoing and motivated Brand Ambassador to represent XL Pro Staffing and help attract qualified candidates and new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will promote our services, build relationships, attend community and networking events, and create awareness of our staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent and promote the staffing agency professionally.
• Engage with potential candidates and clients through events, social media, and community outreach.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Share information about available job opportunities and staffing services.
• Support recruiting and business development initiatives.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outgoing, friendly, and approachable personality.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable speaking with individuals from diverse professional and personal backgrounds.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to represent a company and its services confidently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Comfortable attending networking events, job fairs, and community events.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital communication.
• Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, sales, marketing, customer service, hospitality, public relations, or community outreach is preferred but not required.
• Valid Drivers License
• Flexible schedule (Saturday and Sunday Included)
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
