Stylist-Bal Harbour

SIMKHAI is seeking an experienced and passionate Stylist to join our team for the exciting opening of our new Bal Harbour store this November! As a Stylist, you will serve as a true brand ambassador, creating exceptional and personalized experiences for every client who walks through our doors. With a strong eye for style and a genuine passion for client connection, you'll curate head-to-toe looks, build lasting relationships, and bring the SIMKHAI experience to life.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers by creating a personalized and positive shopping experience
• Establish a returning client business by developing and maintaining long lasting relationships
• Actively outreach to clients to strengthen relationships and effectively build your business
• Plan and execute client appointments and consignments weekly
• Maintain an active sales floor presence, ready to assist clients walking in the door
• Actively learn and speak to the trends of each collection, utilizing product knowledge
• Maintain the highest level of visual standards, and overall appearance of front and back of house
• Assist in the flow of merchandise from stock area to the sales floor in a timely and organized manner
• Remain coachable and open to feedback to continuously develop in your role
• Assist in other areas of the business as assigned by leadership

Qualifications:

• Must have minimum 5 years previous experience working in a luxury retail environment
• Must have an established client book
• Must have excellent customer service, listening and communication skills
• Must have an entrepreneurial spirit: able to work independently to drive personal business
• Must have proven record of client retention and successful sales generation in a luxury retail environment
• Must have availability and flexibility to weekends, holidays, store openings/closings and occassional events to meet the needs of the business.
