Location: Oak Creek, WIFacility Name: Ascension - Oak CreekSchedule: 36 patient contact hours, 4 administrative hours

Sign-On Package: $130,000 (signing bonus, relocation, and student loan forgiveness)

$4,000 CME allowanceMalpractice coverage with tail

What You Will Do

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.

  • Join an established team of 2 Family Medicine Physicians, 2 Nurse Practitioners, and 1 Physician Assistant
  • Medical Assistants at a 1:1 ratio with clinicians
  • Ambient-AI technology to assist with documentation
  • Enjoy the flexibility of a 4 day work week

  • Delivercomprehensive, patient-centered primary care, including high-quality diagnostic and treatment services, to improve the health and well-being of the community.
  • Coordinate seamless care transitions for patients, managing specialized consultations, and collaborating with case management for successful discharge planning.
  • Leador actively participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of care delivery within the clinic and the wider system.
  • Maintaincomplete and timely patient documentation and electronic medical records to ensure compliance, accurate records, and support the financial integrity of the practice.
  • Ability to practice autonomously and demonstrate comfort managing a solo outpatient primary care panel within a clinic environment

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
